Jennifer Kopinski, RDH
Meet Jenn, one of our great hygienists! She grew up in the small town of Holland and is now a resident of East Aurora. Jenn has been in the dental field for almost 3 decades and has been with our practice for over 15 years.
Jenn loves getting to know her patients on a personal level and will work in conjunction with you to achieve and maintain a healthy smile. She is able to settle frazzled nerves and invoke a calming, relaxed environment. For Jenn, it is not just about cleaning teeth. She has developed many great relationships and friendships with her dental family over the years. Jenn is happy to have a career that she loves and is grateful to be working with such an amazing team.
Besides being a Registered Dental Hygienist, Jenn is the blessed mother of three wonderful children and one precious grandson. You will often see Jenn out and about in East Aurora, hanging out with friends or walking her dog..
Jennifer Raptis, RDH
Jennifer began her dental career as a dental assistant. A graduate of SUNY Onondaga Dental Hygiene Program, Jennifer is from WNY and values quality time with her patients. She joined our team in 2019 as a fill in Hygienist. After raising a family, she enjoys the outdoors with her husband and friends, cycling the many nearby trails.
Leona Papafagos, RDH
Leona has been an employee with Drs. Niceforo, Braun and Nowak for 2+ years, with over 27 years of experience, overall, as a Registered Dental Hygienist. She is certified in CPR/AED for Professional Rescuers and values continuing education in the dental field. She is also dedicated to her online volunteer position as Moderator for the Buffalo, Rochester, Syracuse and Albany Dental Clubs, to enrich her career and help engagement in the local dental community.
In her free time, she enjoys walking, reading, nature photography, dancing and listening to music.
Faith and her large family are paramount to her. Born in Wyoming County, she still resides there with her husband, 2 children, and 3 rescue kitties.
Vanessa Hayes, RDH
Vanessa graduated with top honors from SUNY Erie School of Dental Hygiene and was awarded the coveted New York State Dental Association Albert H. Stevenson Award. She was also elected as a member into the Sigma Phi Alpha Dental Hygiene Honor Society. Prior to becoming a dental hygienist, Vanessa served nine years on active duty as an officer in the United States Air Force and served both stateside and overseas in California, Texas, South Korea, Germany, as well as three deployments to the Middle East. After a rewarding career in the military, Vanessa became a Certified Professional Organizer where helped hundreds of organizing clients and thousands of online social media subscribers live more simplified and organized lives through hands- on organizing, online video tutorials, organizing e-book and through her and her husband's award nominated podcast, Simple Life Together. Vanessa is a member of the American Dental Hygienist' Association and the Veterans of Foreign Wars Post 205. When not at work, Vanessa enjoys traveling stateside and abroad, biking, hiking, working out ... pretty much anything outdoors with her family and two rescue dogs.
Janet Schack, RDH
I am a graduate of Erie Community College~School of Dental Hygiene. I have enjoyed a career in Dentistry through my life in positions raging from full to part time as well as temporary. It has been exciting to watch and be part of the Art of Dentistry as it continues to evolve making it possible for more and more patients to live long lives and maintain strong healthy teeth. My husband and i have recently moved to Orchard Park after many years of living in East Aurora where raised our 2 children. I enjoy music and singing, swimming, spinning and gardening.
Stacy Blecha, RDH
I’ve been a hygienist for 33 years now and still love every part of dentistry- each day is a new adventure. I thoroughly enjoy getting to know and care for patients. It’s truly rewarding to guide patient toward better dental health. I hope to continue for many years to come. When I’m not in the office I enjoy spending time with my husband and three grown sons, gardening, and traveling.

Samantha graduated from ECC Dental Hygiene in 2023. Born and raised near East Aurora, N.Y. Sam is excited to work in the community she was raised in. In her free time she loves to hangout with friends and cheer on the Buffalo Bills!
